Dietary Options (Gluten Free, Soy, Non-Diary, Sugar Free, Nut Free, Vegan etc.)

While it is our goal to service every creation some dietary options restrict us from moving forward. However,  it is our goal to provide an alternative, if possible, which may increase the price of your POP. Please let us know right away if you have any concerns.  Our regular menu options do not call for nuts  This does not mean we will not offer it.  If you have a nut allergy, please be aware this is a "home" kitchen and we cannot insure that there will not be any nut residue.  

Ingredients

Each and every product is an individual item, ingredients will vary.  Please contact us directly for your product questions. 

CakePOP Care

Please keep at room temperature (67`degrees), the CakePOPs are best when stored in a cool, dry location, at room temperature. They should not be refrigerated or left in excessive heat, prior to  your event.  CakePOPs will remain fresh up to  2 days at room temperature, and can be stored in the freezer to increase duration.

Home Kitchen-Colorado Cottage Foods Act

POPsuxbySamara is a home based business and is fully functional in providing and fulfilling orders.  We operate under the Colorado Cottage Foods Act-please refer to section 25-4-1614 (2014) C.R.S if you have questions or concerns.

Payment

We accept most major credit cards via Square Online.  Cash payments are accepted, however prepayment is required on all orders, please submit 1-2 weeks prior to your event.   

Prepayment

Prepayment is required on all orders, $100 non-refundable wedding/large order deposit is required on all orders to reserve the date. Remainder of your payment is required 45 days prior to your event.   Any changes must be submitted prior to payment in full.

Payments are submitted online via Square.

Refunds

POPsuxbySamara is a custom order bakery, all items created are specific to your personal order. Because of this, we have a strict NO REFUND policy.  Please make sure you discuss your order thoroughly before placed to avoid any confusion.

Rush Orders

We are delighted that you have chosen POPsux for your event and/or occasion.  We however request that you place your order with a weeks notice at the minimum, we cannot assure you of availability without a timely request.  

All RUSH ORDERS equal to 72 hours or less will be assessed $10 minimum per dozen and can increase dependent on quantities ordered. 

DAY OF or less than 4 hour notice, dependant on availability- $25 Rush Fee

All Large Events orders placed within four (4) weeks will have an additional RUSH FEE of $50.00, NON-REFUNDABLE.

Delivery and Shipping

POPsux offers delivery on all orders, please refer to the Delivery Map for specific locations. $12 Delivery Fee for all locations within 25miles, additional delivery mileage is $0.59 per miles x 2 ($1.10) Shipping is prohibited under the Colorado Foods Act. Orders must be picked-up or delivered.
