I had the pleasure of attending the first ever International Cake Pop Conference held in Downtown Philadelphia in the Fall of 2014. This was an opportunity of a lifetime. The creativity of over 250 POPPERS, the sponsorship of industry leading companies and instructional hands on learning from the best in the business. Bakerella was the key note speaker, she is a founding source to the CakePOPs industry and has set the bar for many POPPERS.
